Rozlišení ve fotografii udává, z kolika obrazových bodů se bude skládat výsledná fotografie. Někdy se rozlišení zapisuje počtem pixelů pro každou stranu fotografie (např. 3000 × 2000). Z toho lze ale snadno vypočítat rozlišení v megapixelech.
