I am completely satisfied with the chair after a few days, I just don't understand why Alza suggests to buy another set of castors (for soft surfaces), when this set is almost identical - it has identical dimensions and material as the original castors, I didn't notice the difference.

Due to the size of the seat cushion, it is practically unusable. At full price it would be a waste of money, but even at a discount it is a very questionable purchase and there will probably be better choices in the category of around 5 thousand.

the headrest is at shoulder level (figure 195 cm)
width-adjustable armrests are more of a joke than their adjustment would be of any use
the possibility of complete arrest in the tilted position is missing

At first glance and sitting, it was quite a favorite, but in the end I returned it. I was bothered by the height of the chair, although I have larger wheels, but even with the footrest it was high and my legs ached terribly (I measure about 170 cm). The second reason was the asynchronous mechanics, where the seat remained in the same horizontal position, so that my hips peeled away from the backrest when tilting, the pressure was transferred to the front of my thighs, which added leg pain, and overall it was quite an uncomfortable position.
The chair would benefit from better adjustment of the headrest and armrests closer to the body (adjustment to the sides is unnecessary in my opinion). An all-mesh variant would please.

If you are not taller than 175 cm and you don't mind a slightly inclined seat in the basic chair setting, the chair is ok. However, I do not recommend the chair for taller figures and for people who want to work at the computer even in a straight sitting position with their backs reclined.
easy to assemble, except for the insertion of the backrest into the seat structure, the use of a rubber mallet was necessary
the seat is soft and comfortable
armrest adjustment in 3 directions
seat depth adjustment, unfortunately the seat is short and when pushed forward it overhangs the rear
adjustable lumbar support height, but the range must suit your height (probably still a bit low for 180+)
Height and angle adjustable headrest
chairs more for the smaller figure < 175 cm
the use of a rubber mallet was necessary for assembly
unsuitable for a 182-183 cm tall figure, the headrest ends roughly in the middle of the ears, so the cervical spine is supported, thus pushing a bit into the shoulders
the backrest is not fully upright in the base and can only be tilted further, so it is not possible to sit upright and have your back or head rested
the seat cushion is short and when pushed forward it overhangs the rear
