The tablet tray is worse than in ECG dishwashers ( China) already at the pre-wash, i.e. when starting the main program where the pre-wash takes place, the capsule completely dissolves. I'll file a complaint. and since it's obviously a scratch from the look of it, I'll return it 3 times and get my money back and buy an AEG. I can't imagine how much detergent would be left if I used gel instead of tablets
