The illusion of sunlight is very high quality, it will make it easier to wake up.
The lamp has absolutely no settings, you can only turn it on and off with the built-in button.
It doesn't have a smooth intensity ramp after takeoff. It simply starts up immediately after switching on, which is not very pleasant.
Unfortunately, the built-in switch has a "turn off when power is restored" function, so the lamp cannot be "fooled" by a smart socket or timer. I thought I was going to put it on a timer at 6am, but it won't allow anything like that.
