Looks pretty nice.
After a year and a half of normal use, the fabric in one seam on the seat cushion fell apart - claim rejected on the grounds that it was mechanical damage (? )
The chair creaks considerably after the mentioned time without any possibility to tighten it.
The bolts on the armrests are constantly coming loose, one in particular frequently. And I don't use positioning, which greatly compounds the problem.
The vibrations are hardly felt at all, this feature basically just makes noise.
For the money, it's a waste of money. I consider the actions of the service on behalf of Alza to be explicitly rude.

Vibration, but I don't know if that's a plus for men.
After 8 months, it's creaking heavily.
The piston is leaking.
Armrests bent and can no longer be tightened
The seat cushion has basically lost function, it's just a board and I'm nowhere near max weight.
