Pleasant design, control. That's why we chose her. Previously we also used one with a regulator, but from a different brand.
Alza replaced the first kettle without any problems.
The first kettle before it turned off at 100 deg. C boiled for 2+ minutes. So more for sauna lovers.
The other (replaced) behaves the same way. So, if you don't mind not knowing how to drive at 100 deg. C will maintain, bubbling at 95 degrees.

Possibility to set the temperature as desired
It takes a long time for the kettle to reach 100°C so I boil the water for tea at 95°C.

Long temperature hold even without set definition
We bought it mainly to simplify meal prep for the infant. Low 40°C water can only be achieved with a large amount of heating water (min. 1.5l). It is therefore not suitable for boiling baby water several times as only a small amount is always needed.
The kettle is extremely noisy. Night heating wakes up the whole house.
A smaller amount of water is "heated" to the selected temperature, but the water is actually much more degrees.
The water starts boiling at 93°C, so it takes a long time to shut down to 100°C.
The LED on the kettle is on nonstop and cannot be switched off.
