Dobrý den, podala jsem reklamaci na rychlovarnou konvici zaplatila 1497Kč. Dnes mi přišla vyřízena reklamace s tím, že jsem dostala vyměněnou za nižší cenu je možné mi uhradit přeplatek. Stejně se mi nelíbí Váš přístup zboží jsem odmítla z důvodu nedůvěry k tomuto zboží. Musela jsem si koupit jinou, protože Vy náhradní neposkytujete.

Dobrý den. Je normální, že konvice při ohřívání vody na 70° stupňů napřed za 1:53 ohřeje vodu na 63° stupňů a další 3 minuty ohřívá zbývajících 7°? Celkem to tedy trvá skoro 5 minut!!! Stará konvice ohřeje stejné množství vody (1 litr) za 2:30 min. Děkuji.

Dobrý den, při pozorování jsem zjistil, že pokud je konvice naplněná po rysku max, tak z 97°C se na 100°C dostává 2-3 minuty. Voda přitom vře jak blázen ale na stovku se jí moc nechce. Na těch 97°C se přitom dostane během chvilky. Je tedy běžné, že to tak dlouho trvá nebo respektive má to tak být?

Dobrý den, dle návodu se požadovaná teplota vody nastavuje tlačítkem s krokem 5°C. Což pro bod varu 100°C, který se bude nejčastěji používat, znamená tlačítko cca.16x zmáčknout. Dá se tato max.teplota nastavit nějak elegantněji? Děkuji. M.Kosňovský
