We've had the washer and dryer for a month so far. We're thrilled. At the beginning I thought it was a defective product because I turned on the program and when I came back an hour later, the washing machine was off and the clothes were dirty. I found that I touched the off button, and since the washer is touchscreen, it only takes a brief touch and it responds immediately. Since the washing machine sounds were turned off, I didn't notice that I had completed the program. Otherwise satisfied with the washing machine.

The first two or three drying cycles will have a peculiar smell, such as burning plastic or the cheapest Chinese toys. After that, the smell is no longer (or minimally) noticeable
Maybe you need to do some special washing and drying program before putting the washing machine into operation, we only washed once with an empty drum and we had that smell.
In general we are very happy with the machine, it works great.
The machine works great, is quiet when washing and drying, does not overheat and washes and dries very well.
The piano black plastic on the top of the machine attracts dust like a magnet.

We were thrilled with the washing machine until the first one! washing and drying, the laundry was so wet it was dripping water. After the intervention of the technician, it manifests itself in exactly the same way. Obviously it is not possible to fix it, but the service refuses to admit it and communicates arrogantly.
