I've been looking for a long time for tires that last longer in terms of age, not just mileage. Because I do relatively little mileage a year, I used to get rid of tyres because they got hard and old - even though they still had plenty of tread. These tires caught my eye with their higher silicone content, which should help slow down the aging process of the material. That was the main criterion for me and then also the wet handling. If they're a bit faster to get down than other models, I don't mind that at all - long-term flexibility and safety are more important to me. Price/performance/desired features = great. Only a few premium brands had more silks, but they were much more expensive. Satisfaction so far - we will see how it proves itself after a longer time.
