I got the key in an envelope with the staples cut off. No one at Alza even tried to attach the returned goods to the carton (blister) with new p8sks to make it look like new goods. The severed constriction strips with the key and cardboard were in an envelope to keep it together.
I'm not addressing the price, but it's obvious how alza is approaching this. Someone probably wanted to change the spark plugs, so he borrowed the key from Alza and then returned it: -).
