In the last two batches, the strip is discoloured on the sides, apparently due to contamination of the cut with reagent from the control (C) area during production. Sometimes even the T-region is faintly discoloured, which according to the instructions means a positive result, but this can happen with such defective test kits even without a biological sample - tried and tested.
