If none of the negatives are a problem for you, then the chair is perfect, provides a lot in the price range and the price/performance ratio is great.

The supplied piston doesn't provide much range in height adjustment - maximum for a person around 175 cm (depending on leg length), for taller people the ergonomics of sitting will be a problem
The arms don't go very high either, but the height is sufficient

The threaded holes didn't match up very well. This was quite disappointing
