definitely more comfortable than basic pillows
I've used the lumbar cushion that came with the Noblechairs chair and it was comfortable but I preferred it higher up and it kept sliding all the way down on the chair but this one is even more comfortable, it's memory foam so it should never become a pancake and it's bigger which solves my problem
the headrest is great too, although stiffer than the basic one, so it took me a while to get used to it, but the memory foam is just more comfortable
price, for a chair that cost over 12k, I would like to see these cushions in the base with the chair
