A huge but powerful cooler. On the ASUS ProArt X670E board, there is no problem with the height of the RAM (2x Kingston FURY 64GB KIT) even when I added a second fan (it is just a little displaced).
I like Noctua for always adding a wealth of accessories in the package, e.g. a second fan, Y cable, etc. Same with your fans.
I use the cooler with AMD Ryzen 7950X, which cools in a closed case at 100% load for tens of minutes (e.g. Cinebench). The processor has a temperature of 95%, which is what it's made for. But even with a long load there is no throttling, so for me it's great. On the motherboard you just need to adjust the curves of the coolers and there is no problem to achieve a decent silence under normal load.

It cools my AMD Ryzen 7 5800X. I'm 35 to 40 degrees at rest. At a load of 50 to 60°C. When suddenly loaded from rest I sometimes jump to 75°C, but it immediately falls as the fans react (I need to play more with the motherboard software settings to control the fans). There is also noctua paste in the package (I think only MX-2), but I reached my temperatures with thermal grizzly kryonaut. The package includes a lot of accessories, which allows mounting on a lot of sockets and designs (including the new AM5 socket). ATTENTION to the height of the heat sink in your case. The heatsink does not interfere with the RAM modules, but you should expect difficulties when replacing the RAM (I recommend temporarily removing the entire motherboard with the heatsink out of the case). The height of the RAM can also move the first fan of the heatsink higher, thus adding additional height (about 2cm for me, where I have a Kingston fury renegade).

I' ve had this cooler for 5 years, i. e. its brown and silver version, and I' ve always been satisfied, whether I used it to cool the R7 3800x or the currently purchased black version that cools the i7 12700K. It has no competition in air cooling.
