Coffee preparation very simple, my son makes his own milk foam and he is 5 years old: ) The coffee is really tasty, but it mostly depends on which one you pour in. I have read in some reviews that the device looks cheap, the workmanship is poor and the plastics don't look believable. I can't really say, I find it well crafted. So far I really highly recommend it and I will hope that it won't break down in a year and a half.
