A chest belt that holds firmly in place

The Polar H10 comes with a Polar Pro strap made of soft fabric. There are electrodes with improved sensitivity on it, so pulse rate measurement is accurate and there are no interruptions or interferences. The material is comfortable to wear and does not slip, because its silicone dots and repaired buckle hold firmly in place. The whole device is waterproof, so it can be worn swimming or during sporting activities in a wet environment.

Free apps help with training

If you're familiar with your Polar H10 chest belt with the Polar Beat, a free fitness and training app, you'll have accurate information about your heart rate right on your phone's display. Practice with the phone close at hand? The H10 belt has built-in memory so you can import data into Polar Beat when you're done. Just set the app at the beginning of your workout and let it run.
