Assembly was fine, the paper instructions were hidden in the backrest under the plastic, but there is a downloadable pdf on Alza. The screws, clearly sorted and described in the blister, were a pleasure. The chair has 3 levers, one adjusts the height, the second locks the swing/recline of the backrest and the third unlocks the seat, which can then be extended a few cm forward. The lumbar "cushion" is a fixed part of the backrest, which is adjustable in height as a whole. Here it's a bit wild, when you grab the backrest and pull it up, you hear a metallic click. It has ten positions in total, when you cross the last tooth, the backrest drops all the way down. So you need to go through it and count the clicks when you want the fulcrum/hip as high as possible. This means that when you want to move a chair, for example when cleaning, you must not pull the backrest upwards or it will slide off. Similarly, you can't take the armrests, they have an amazing range of adjustment but they go on quite lightly and only locked in place vertically, so if you take them you'll mess up the adjustment and the chair will stay in place. Overall, it is a solid chair and we have 2x DxRacer at home, which were considerably more expensive and definitely not without faults either.

Adjustable: back rest height, back rest can be pusbed back and forth, back rest can be used to "lay down", arm rests in three different ways
Soft and comfortable seat
Back rests are made of beathable mesh
If you are over 160cm I cannot recommend, I am ~180cm tall, the neck/head rest are placed well, however the lower back rest is way too low and even the highest setting makes my back hurt after few minutes
