Nice look, good sound (if functional). Otherwise, I haven't had much of a chance to explore more than the reviews indicate.

After the purchase I tried in vain to plug the product in, the hdmi e-arc was however adamant, no plug n play claimed by the manufacturer took place. I did not connect the soundbar to either of the two TVs (one arc and the other e-arc hdmi connection) or directly to the audio hdmi output of the Panasonic 4k Blu-ray player. Everything was set up according to the instructions, the old TCL barrel and the prehistoric Yamaha (which doesn't even have hdmi, but only optical output - connected via an adapter) play without any problem. So I exchanged the product for another new one (the first one was on sale as unpacked, I suspect it was returned also because it was not working), assuming it was faulty, but the same problem with the new one. I tried everything as in the first case: Firmware updates, different sources, different hdmi cables, including the original from the manufacturer, rebooting, factory reset, testing other possible settings in the sources and nothing. Finally, I called Sennheiser tech support, where I described everything to the technician and the only conclusion of the call was that I had basically tried everything I could and that he didn't know and couldn't give me any more advice. I really don't want to transport the soundbar from Pilsen to Prague to their shop for a test, although I really like it a lot. Otherwise via bluetooth both products worked on 1, but bluetooth speaker for =12000kč to the phone I really do not need. So I was quite disappointed with this brand. I don't know where the problem is, I don't think the whole series is defective, I won't try my luck until the third time, I really don't enjoy going to Alza every day. Alza's approach is as always excellent, the exchange is immediate with the additional price for a new one, I assume that the money will arrive in a few days back to the account. I'll try the Sonos Beam. It may not be that attractive, but it might work.
