The cooler supplied with AMD Ryzen 5 5600 is not able to cool the processor even with the frequency set to 3.5GHz. SilentiumPC Fera 5 can keep it cool with ease.
It could be 5mm lower.

I have R5 5600 under it and even at 100W it cools perfectly
For a quieter effect, throw another fan on it from the other side
At Cinebench, the 5600 draws around 100W and the cooler quietly holds ~65°C
For that price, it's a total bargain.

With Ryzen 5 5500 it works as it should
temperatures stay relatively low even in the heat
I had a hard time installing the radiator, but that may be because I haven't done it in a while.
It's taking up a lot of space. I had to remove the FAN that I have on the side of the cabinet because 2 just won't fit.
