I don't know if I've been so lucky with defective pieces, but two have passed under my hands. First after about a month, one or the other headphone started to turn off by itself, then both. But what annoyed me the most was then stopping the music by itself, when I had to pull out my phone and start the music manually. Another annoying problem was obviously the signal, when I put my phone in my back pocket and the connection started to jump extremely.
And in both cases, after about a month or two of use, my music settings suddenly changed and the headphones started to play half as softly at the same volume level. So when I turned the volume down to half, I could hear almost nothing. For me, it would otherwise be a great product, but it has too many defects that really irritated me more and more and I would rather invest in other products.

I bought the headphones primarily for listening to music while traveling and for a noisy office. I like high quality sound and the XM4s were very satisfying. Even the ANC was at a level I had never experienced before. It can dampen even a noisy chancel.
However, their size, weight and probably also the overall shape meant that I always had to take them out of my ears after 30 minutes and give them a rest before I could continue listening. Because of this inconvenience, I finally returned them after a week and bought Linkbuds S, which, although a little worse in terms of ANC, are comparable in terms of sound, and much more comfortable.

Returned, fine for half an hour, but on my call which took 3 hours my ears really hurt, which annoys me, because otherwise great pairing with notas and iphon, no problem, call when you hear super and the other party hears you ,. I' m sorry, because I was really great, I just didn' t like the size

Really top-notch ear buds. Balanced sound, good application and quality performance. I have had a number of brands e.g. Jabra, Airpods, etc., but this is really in a different league. Moreover, as an "applier" I have to admit that these headphones are a league above the Airpods.
