I've been using it since 8/2023. On 9/2024, the display stopped working and Alza replaced the shower with a new piece with no problem. Now on 5/2026, the new piece has the exact same problem - the display stopped working again. Unfortunately, it's out of warranty. But the shower itself is still functional, and compared to the cheap models I used to claim almost every year due to complete failure, it still works well. It's just annoying that without the display I can't see the charge status and I can only tell the modes by the strength of the water pressure. Overall, despite the display problem, I would rate it better than cheap alternatives, but the manufacturer should really fix the display.

I contacted truelife directly and was told that they do not have parts for this type of repair. So I do not recommend this mouth shower, the life of the product is a year and a half at most.
