For the money, probably good, but compared to the last CPU FX-8370 with Cooler Master Hyper 212. this is a Chinese fan
Price
It'll keep things cool, but it's pretty noisy.
Ryzen 7 7700X at 60°C+ hums like a Chinese fan. Even the RX 6800 at 99% utilization is not audible.

Quiet, powerful.
Too big, I'd be careful of the frames to fit.

Slightly higher noise level, with AMD Ryzen 7 5800x processor temperatures above 80 degrees under load.

This version made me happy with better installation for AMD. Fans still on wires and with shorter wires for power supply.
