Dozens of hours last only at the lowest intensity. I don't see that as a disadvantage. It was mentioned in the product description, I just didn't study it in detail. But I'm happy with the headlamp. Outside of summer, I use it every day when I walk my dog. I definitely recommend it for running, fishing and other activities.

Looks good.

It is comfortable

Very good flashlight, light, universal, I use it for running and for various activities

I recommend buying a spare battery if you run for more than an hour and want an intense light
