So far I have been using it for a short time, but I am satisfied. It washes well, it's quiet. It fits nicely into a small bathroom with its large 8kg drum.
My first experience with a dryer, I am still learning what and how, but I am very satisfied.
Despite the first wash without laundry to remove the smell, it still smells when heated. This is especially evident in drying. I hope it goes away in time.
I have had a very bad experience with paid installation. The gentlemen carried everything out and took it away very skillfully, they didn't cut anything off, that's for sure. But that's it as far as praise goes. The actual installation was quick, but I figured they were professionals. After studying the instructions, I started the first odor removal program and upon checking the washing machine, I found that I had water in the bathroom. It bypassed the water supply at both ends and the waste hoses. I tried calling the guy who installed the washing machine. to call Alza for a complaint. There the operator wanted me to take pictures of the hoses, which I couldn't get to - they are bumped against the wall because I have a spinal problem and I can't drag the washing machine to take pictures. And I tried to tighten the taps by hand, but I didn't have the strength.
So in the end I got a nice neighbour who, when he had already towed the washing machine, tightened all the hoses with "pliers" and everything has been fine since then. So for delivery with shipping 1, but the installation is out of the question and I am also very embarrassed by the response of the technician and Alza.

According to price and performance for me the best option in the range of up to 15.000 CZK. So far, we're trying everything he can do one at a time. If you follow the procedures that are in the papers e.g. first use, removing the smell of newness, etc. so you won't have a problem, apparently enough people can't read or are too lazy to look at "useless" washing machine brochures. The manual is not in Czech, that's true, but on the product's Alza page in the section "Advice and manuals" there is a downloadable manual in Czech and Slovak. So it's not a problem either. Buttons and washing machine has labels English programs etc. but who can't handle the basic English words "Dry, Stain, Start/stop, Speed, Time, Delay" these days? Probably everyone. and those who don't will turn on the translator for the first 5 washes and after the sixth they'll be able to do it. The washing machine is not loud, I've had quite a few washing machines and this one is the quietest, anyway I don't care about the "noise" at all. You have to fight. Alza delivered and took away the old washing machine, they did it in 3 minutes they advised. Delivered within 8 hours of ordering - BOMB. I see the dark door as the only minus, even with the LEDs on, you can't see much of the laundry. Of course. who has time to watch laundry being washed for 4 hours or who even watches laundry being washed? D I don't have time for that and I'd rather look out the window when I'm bored. So I'll take that as a "minus" in quotes. Classic washing+drying of normal laundry takes 3 hours and 40 minutes. Which I think is adequate. In case of problems I will adjust and complete the noodles, so far everything is OK.
