It's been home for 4 days, on the fourth drying the dryer started beeping. Communication and Alzou where I got the number to contact the service. There they sent me to that it is handled by another service. So the scenario repeated itself that everything was cut by the LG customer line. Too bad I didn't get this information on Alza I would have saved myself a phone call with an annoying guy I was bothering with my call. Thank you, alzo. If it didn't weigh 140kg it'd be back in Alza in no time. That's just waiting for service. Super 51k and the new machine has a glitch.

However, as for the delivery - it went fine, even though it is one big piece of appliance that weighs almost 130 kg, so 2 guys took it to the warehouse without any problem, the packed appliance fits even in a small elevator. The packaging was solid, the corners well protected and the instructions on the box look clear. According to the technical parameters, it offers a capacity of 12 kg for washing and 10 kg for drying, which is ideal for a classic household with children. The energy class promises economical operation, and I appreciate features such as steam washing, quick programs or the ability to control via the LG ThinQ app. I like the size of the washer and dryer in one, with the whole tower being lower compared to two appliances on top of each other, and the common control panel. I chose it mainly because of the good LG brand reviews and the price/performance ratio. We expect quiet operation, quality drying and easy operation. We will share the details after wiring and testing in practice.
