We bought it to replace an old washing machine, we didn't have a dryer before, so we have nothing to compare it to. So far we are satisfied with everything. It has a large capacity - you can wash a lot of laundry at once, but for small bathrooms, placement can be an issue. It is quite heavy, at least two people are needed to carry it. I have described the minor shortcomings above, but overall we recommend it.

After a few weeks of using the LG WashTower WT1210WWF, I have a very positive impression. I have a full-size washer and a large-capacity dryer in one "tower", yet they take up no more space than a single cabinet. Most of all, I appreciate the quiet operation, the smart functions via the ThinQ app and the "Smart Pairing", where the dryer itself knows which program to choose after washing. The AI DD washes gently and laundry is visibly less wrinkled. Drying with a heat pump is economical and fabric-friendly. What held me back a bit was the initial Wi-Fi configuration and the fact that some of the advanced options are mainly available in the app. Also the eco programs are longer, I have solved this by switching the settings when I need to get laundry done quickly. Overall, though, it's a great solution for the apartment: quality, thoughtful and comfortable. I recommend it.
