That pan is fantastic. Great shape, unrivaled surface with even heat conduction and zero chance of burning the dough. I already had a pancake pan from the same line and it was perhaps the first time in my life that I managed to make absolutely great pancakes without tearing. I' ve been making pancakes forever, but this pan is a real joy! Just beware of sharper objects, the surface is not completely scratch-resistant from experience. What would be great if it was even larger for those mega-pancakes they serve you in a restaurant - I believe that thanks to heat conduction, it wouldn' t be a problem to make it even on a home stove.

Bakes as it should, does not burn
Pancakes, omelette cool
Beware of the granite layer, it is not as resistant to, for example, metallic spatula as I would expect
