Connect directly in the philips hue app
Switched off does not mean the socket is completely switched off - the Christmas lights are still dimly lit
In the app it is added as an additional light, which I find confusing

Product description misleading. Purchased for direct compatibility with Apple HomeKit. It doesn't exist: (
It is necessary to purchase a Philips Hue Bridge in order to add it to the Home.
I am returning the product as I have fallen for the misleading description of the product.
Paired instantly with the Philips Hue app
Cannot add to Apple HomeKit without Hue Bridge

Easy installation in the philips hue app. I am currently using it with Christmas lighting and I am extremely satisfied. He's just doing what he's supposed to do.
It's not the cheapest.

switching is faster than a light bulb
as someone already wrote here, the socket switches the phase, which can be dangerous if you don't know about it
for the same reason, unfortunately, the lights on the Christmas tree flash in the "off" state
the switching is very loud
