I bought the Xiaomi Redmi Note 17 Pro after using the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 for six years. The new phone has a slightly larger screen, which suits me. I particularly appreciate the better visibility of the display outdoors in the sun. I'm also glad I can finally pay with my phone and that it has more memory. I can easily unlock the screen with my fingerprint. The phone can be charged quickly, but you need to get a 67W charger for that, otherwise it might charge even slower than my previous phone. The downside is that if you use the Twigsee app, it doesn't work well on this phone, but I expect that to improve in the future.
The display is clearly visible in the sun.
larger screen
easy unlocking
I got the purple colour, but the phone also came with a grey case, and when I put it on, you can't actually see the colour.

I've only had it a short while, so I'm still getting to know it. But this is my third Xiaomi Note and I've always been very satisfied. It takes beautiful photos. And this one has even better battery life. It's great for me. Good value for money.

I've only had the phone a short while, but so far I'm satisfied. It takes good photos and the battery lasts a long time. The only thing is that for smaller hands, it might be harder to control with one hand, but the usability is great and doesn't bother me at all. I definitely recommend it, the choice of storage and memory sizes is also excellent.

I can't complain about anything, it met my expectations. It's just a shame that an adapter isn't included in the box, as the ones from my previous phones have given up and the original ones always charge the best.
is fast
Looks beautiful and for me, it's a comfortable size for a woman's hand.
display beautifully legible
The package doesn't include a socket adapter, but I saw that in the description, so I also ordered one at the same time as the phone.

I bought this phone for my grandmother to replace her older Redmi. After setting it up and transferring the data, the phone is very easy to use. We particularly appreciate the large and easy-to-read AMOLED display, the long battery life, and the fast 67W charging. The phone is zippy, handles well, and the 256GB of storage offers plenty of space for photos and apps.

I see the main advantage in the really long battery life and the quality of the camera for this price range.

So far, I'm very satisfied with the Redmi Note 17 Pro 5G. What impressed me the most is the perfect battery capacity, which is a big plus compared to the previous model. I see it as a generational upgrade to my Redmi Note 14 Pro, and if the 'seventeen' is as good as the 'fourteen' was, it will be a great choice for me. The price-to-performance ratio seems really excellent so far.
perfect 8,340mAh battery
beautiful 6.83" 120Hz AMOLED display
excellent price/performance ratio
I haven't found anything major, but it's still too early for a long-term assessment.
