Čelnú stranu zaberá 6,77" AMOLED displej s obnovovacou frekvenciou 120 Hz. Vivo uvádza špičkový jas až 3 000 nitov, čo je hodnota, ktorá sa vonku na slnku určite hodí. Takýto jas by mal postačovať na pohodlné prezeranie obsahu aj v náročných svetelných podmienkach. V displeji mobilu je zabudovaná optická čítačka odtlačkov prstov.

Na chrbte Vivo V70 Lite nájdeme hlavný fotoaparát od Sony s rozlíšením 50 Mpx. Sekunduje mu 8 Mpx ultraširokouhlý objektív so záberom 120 °. Zvláštnym prvkom je kruhová Aura dióda na prisvietenie, ktorú môžu využívať zadné fotoaparáty. V priestrele displeja sa nachádza 32 Mpx selfie kamera.
