Dobrý deň,mam zakúpený PC acer, číslo NX.AL0EC.005. Niekedy nám sam vypne aj keď je batéria ešte nabitá, nejde opätovne zapnúť ani na viacej krát. Až po nejakom čase pol-1hod.Dalej sme nastavili Microsoft účet a keď sa máme prihlásiť zadáme všetko správne napíše vitajte a hneď v sekunde sa obrazovka s tmavne a opäť žiada prihlásenie sa a takto to ide stále, čiže sa nemôžeme prihlásiť.Dnes mi povedala kamoška, ze to bude chyba v PC treba to reklamovať. Poradíte mi prosím?
