Hello, In September last year I bought a Strix DSP headset from Alza. Unfortunately the microphone that comes with the headset is now lost. After calling Asus (the manufacturer) they informed me I need to speak with my re-seller (Alza) to get a replacement. Asus support said they do not sell replacement parts. The only way to receive a microphone is to return the headset to you, and Alza would need to send the headset to service. Asus' service center will then add a new microphone and return the headset to you so I can pick it up. If needs be I can pay a service fee for this. Can you please confirm to me this is possible, and what I need to do? I can come at any time to my local branch office in Brno. Thank you! /Robin
