V září 2015 jsem si zakoupil zubní kartáček - https://www.alza.cz/eta-1294-90060-zubnicka-d2301587.htm Bohužel hlavy tohoto kartáčku jsou jiné, než náhradní hlavy. Modré zakončení hlavice není na kartáčku rovné, ale do vlnky (jako na obr.č. 4 na stráce kartáčku). Tudíž náhradní hlavice nejdou použít. Přestože mnou zakoupené zboží je pod stejným číslem, jaké ho uvádíte nyní a že náhradní hlavice že na tento kartáček pasují. Uvádíte zákazníky v omyl!!
