Potřebuji tento switch na rozvedení internetu mezi 5 bytů (uživatelů) a zda tam lze nastavit to aby kdyby tam byli např.3 uživatelé současně a jeden stahovat větší soubor tak aby tento switch toho uživatele omezil rychlost a rozdělil mezi ostatní atd. ?
