Netgear GS108T

This configurable switch has a high performance, low power consumption and simple management via web interface. It is suitable for professional use in small businesses and work groups, which are likely to make bulk data transfers, including video. The switch is armed with 8 Gigabit ports providing throughput of up to 2000 Mbit/s in both directions and support Jumbo frames. Every port automatically senses the right speed and full/half duplex mode, and Auto Uplink technology automatically adapts. The intuitive web interface simplifies the configuration of the ports, transmission and control performance. Setting up is also possible using SNMP software.

A distinctive feature of the model is improved support QoS (Quality of Service). Priority queuing QoS ensures optimum and efficient transmission, even when there is congestion in the data stream. If companies use, for example, net telephoning or video conferencing, they will require immediate priority voice and video over other applications. Gentle transmission ensures reliability and quality, even if the network load increases. The enhanced features include 802.1p preference, preferring a three-layer capping speed. Each small to medium-sized business today requires robust and reliable protection. The Switch GS108T is equipped in this case with MAC port protection and 802.1 x port authentication VLAN connection.

Dobrý den, koukal jsem že tento produkt Netgear GS108T umí QoS. Potřebuji tento switch na rozvedení internetu mezi 5 bytů (uživatelů) a zda tam lze nastavit to aby kdyby tam byli např.3 uživatelé současně a jeden stahovat větší soubor tak aby tento switch toho uživatele omezil rychlost a rozdělil mezi ostatní atd. ? Děkuji
