Unfortunately I will return and exchange for a smaller one for 4 pencils. This one has identified two batteries as faulty and will not charge. The older charger that has the recovery is back up and charging again.

I can safely recommend it for Li-Ion and NiMH cells. Hassle-free, easy to use - basically just insert and then come back for a charged cell.
We use almost daily on MiMH and Li-Ion cells
Clearly displays the charging process.
Simple operation - I insert, the autodetection itself recognizes what I have inserted, and after a few seconds (intended for possible correction of autodetection) begins to charge itself. I can then adjust the charging current.
Reliable autodetection of the embedded article, which has never been wrong so far.
She's fallen off the table a few times and survived.
