After a long time a hub where everything works reliably (including HDMI). When using all ports simultaneously, everything works (HDMI, PD charger, camera via USB-C, keyboard via USB, etc. ). The price is not exorbitant either.

Reliably charges MacBook Pro M1 13-inch (at no load maximum about 35W, but I do not have higher demands at my work, I do not know what the limit is when charging)
Actually handles 10Gbps speed (the speed of the external SSD Samsung T7 is about the same when connected through this hub as when connected to the thunderbolt 3 port on the MacBook, between 600-700 MB/s)
It does not necessarily need charging from the socket, i.e. works as a hub and can power 1 SSD and 2 external HDDs simultaneously with current from MacBook, does not disconnect
It does not make any sounds, it does not overheat
After a long search I finally got a USB-C 10Gbps hub/dock for a very reasonable price. Probably the only product at such a low price that reliably does what it claims to do. Hopefully it will work reliably for years
It's tiny so it's easy to hide
None yet, I haven't tested the HDMI port
