The heating temperature is high enough to warm the pockets and soothe cramps even through clothing, but at the same time low enough that the power bank is not too hot to hold in the hand
The manual is originally in Chinese, translated into English, for people who do not speak English or Chinese, a problem, but even for English speakers it can be a little problematic. As an English student in college, it took me a while to understand how a power bank even works. (For those who encounter the same problem - the heating turns on when you hold the button for 3 seconds, or until the power indicator lights up and let it heat up for a few seconds, the power bank will heat up to the constant highest temperature in about half a minute to a minute. )
