Exactly the same “cheap“ assembly solution has e. g. significantly cheaper SILENTIUMPC FORTIS 5 DUAL FAN, which already includes a set for LGA1700 in the package (SILENTIUMPC and BeQuiet made in Poland, is it a coincidence? ). For Alder Lake, I recommend paying extra and choosing the NH-D15s, which has well-designed plastic spacers instead of a rubber seal that work exactly as needed. And for investigators - try BeQuiet first and then compare the difference with NOCTUO.
