I would like to note here that I got my first Casio watch for my 16th birthday, over 45 years ago, and it already had a built-in solar panel! I don't know how many companies were using this technology in watches at the time. Technology has advanced, after all, and nowadays solar is in the glass. I've had my last Casia for 15 years, not a single scratch, not even on the glass and it still works and I only take the watch off at night, just the design is a bit past its zenith. After my more than forty-five years of experience with this brand, I chose the same brand again, so hopefully I will be satisfied again.
