Fully disassembling is really required to inspect the assembling and address manufacturing issues. Full de-greasing and re-lubrication with fine, non-corrosive, resin-free oil is required. At the butt of the blade you may need to grind down the edge facing the locking spring to the factory specs. Otherwise, the blade cannot be unlocked with single hand.
Factory sharpening is not razor sharp (usually is not even needed to be).

Knife travel, resp. blade ejection much worse (slower, lazier) compared to earlier years. Even loosening the torx will not help, which will also affect the overall tightening of the knife.
