I've had the chair for a year and a half. There was only one problem with it, after about 5 months the piston broke and the chair spontaneously fell down after a few minutes. The condition lasted 2 weeks, I claimed the chair and after 3 weeks it was returned repaired. The problem has been fixed and although after a few months the piston started to go a bit wrong again (the chair dropped about once every few days), but it's fine now.

nowhere is the goat damaged and I use the chair daily for about 12h
comfortable, the shape fully suits
a little unsteady adjustment of the backrests, they often adjust themselves, just by moving: )

For the price, a bit of a disappointment in the armrests and cushion, otherwise it's a very comfortable and reclining chair (in rocking chair mode with maximum recline it's perhaps better than a bed).
the armrests wobble and I've had a bad feeling about them since they were assembled
the neck cushion on this model is just a disaster
