If you don't have a processor that heats up a lot so no problem buy this one. My Ryzen 5 5500, which has an upper limit of 95° cools down to 77-79, it couldn't go above 80. The problem is that when I was mounting the base screws and then the base to the separate radiator, the backplate moved slightly and everything was tightened but it could just be my inattention. If you want even lower temperatures, I recommend Grizlly Krionaut thermal paste, I use Arctic Mx-5.

I was a little worried when I read some of the reviews here.
Specifically on AM5(Ryzen 7600X) and MSI B650 Tomahawk board absolutely no problems.
Temperatures are great and I haven't changed the voltage yet.

Ryzen 7600 cooled perfectly, 7800X3D cooled but with limits due to the small number of heatpipes.

Origin of the manufacturer from the Visegrad Four countries
For a ryzen 7800X3D, pay a few hundred bucks for a Peerless Assassinna 120 or better yet a Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120. They cost about 3-400 extra and are defacto 2 fers in one for the price of one and a half.
The heatsink has few heatpipes, so even though it has a decent continuous cooling performance and can cool even 8 AMD cores, it can't dissipate heat fast enough from processors that suffer from local overheating or have unnecessarily thick heatspreader (typically Ryzen 7800X3D, almost all contemporary Intels)
