It fulfills the basic function, but I wouldn't be afraid to try another model.
The design is nice to look at and feel
Pleasant material
The lid is connected to the left side of the box with a ribbon, which is tightened when opened to prevent the lid from being twisted off. But when the box closes, the ribbon folds down and covers the watch on the leftmost side. It's ill-conceived. The most one can achieve with care is that the ribbon is not directly over the dial, but you can't skim it out of sight, which is a shame for a show case.
The pads have play, the contents shake like aspen when the cabinet is handled. They should fit snugly in the compartments.
