it's not that flexible and bendable, but it's sufficient in terms of usage.
on unstable (bike, car) mount the camera directly on the bracket.

Very firm attachment to anything (if you just open the pliers).
The pliers also include a rubber tightening strap, so that the attachment can be additionally tightened, e.g. when you have a claw on some thinner railing.
The price is horrible (probably like all gopro equipment), I ordered another china equivalent via ebay for 1/5 the price and the difference in functionality is virtually none
