It is a quality chair, whose biggest advantages are its comfort and ergonomics. Rather, you have the feeling that it cools you down nicely. It is really well made and seems to last a while. The problem is the size, especially the size of the seat. Since it is a mesh, as soon as you sit close to any edge of the seat, it will start to push you. Someone wrote here that he recommends a height of max. 180cm. Personally, I would reduce it to 175cm as a maximum size for a really comfortable sitting. The Tilt (swing system) is the best I've experienced, with a really perfect progressive resistance force setting. Overall, I have to say that if you have the right size, you will hardly find a better "summer" chair. Whether it's worth the 25-30k is really the question. Considering the quality of other chairs that can be bought here for 10-15k, I doubt it and personally I find it overpriced, but let everyone decide for themselves.

This is a smaller office chair suitable for slim figures up to 180cm. If you have a few extra kilos the chair will be narrow, if you are taller than 180cm the backrest will start to get low. The chair is similar in size to Aeron B. If the Mirra/Aeron B size suits you, buy the Mirra because of the significantly lower price, the seating quality seems the same to me. If you are larger you will either have to pay extra for the Aeron C or buy something else. The quality of workmanship is classic Herman Miller, i.e. top. Nothing wobbles, nothing squeaks, the lock holds. This is how it should look everywhere. The mesh seat cushion is stiffer for the first few days and can pinch the thighs. This is normal and will subside within two weeks once the mesh has stretched a bit. If strangulation is a big problem, this can be temporarily solved with a towel or blanket. That's what Aeron does. Otherwise, the chair is very comfortable, no need to get used to it. As for the headrest, HM does not traditionally produce it. Atlas, which makes headrests for Aeron, has promised a new line of headrests for Mirra chairs in late 2022.
