On 12/08/2026, I received the PC you built, and unfortunately, I must say that I was very disappointed with the quality of the assembly. Immediately after the first start-up, the CPU fans were running at a very high speed, and during benchmarking, the processor reached temperatures of around 95°C while its performance was significantly reduced. I therefore spent several hours checking the BIOS, PBO, and EXPO settings, as well as the fan control and wiring, to rule out a configuration error. In the end, I was forced to remove the processor cooler on a brand new PC that you had assembled. Upon inspection, I found that the cooler was not seated correctly and did not have proper contact with the processor. The plastic frame/spacer was preventing it from sitting properly. After removing it, cleaning the processor and cooler, applying new thermal paste, and correctly installing the cooler, the temperatures and processor performance are now fine. The whole situation is all the more startling given how you present your PC assembly service. On the service page, you state that your technicians provide professional assembly and subsequent testing of the build: https://www.alza.cz/montaz-pc-komponent-d70319.htm At the same time, for this service, you mention intensive testing of the build for 12 hours. Given the state in which the computer was handed over to me, I consider this to be a very serious problem. The processor almost instantly reached approximately 95°C during a standard stress test, the fans ran at high speeds, and the CPU performance was significantly limited. It is therefore very difficult for me to imagine that the build, in this state, actually underwent the declared stress testing without a technician noticing such an obvious problem. This fact raises serious doubts for me as to whether the declared testing of my specific build took place at all, or to what extent it was performed. If the build did not actually undergo the declared testing, I would consider the presentation of this service to the customer to be very misleading. The professional assembly and subsequent testing were precisely the reasons why I ordered this paid-for service. I certainly did not expect to spend several hours diagnosing the cause of a major problem on a brand new computer and then have to remove and reinstall the processor cooling myself.
