Like I have to write -overall satisfaction-but?
Speed of delivery, as I have already read from the reviews they have there -up to 4 days-a little longer it took but it does not matter. But apart from one thing, like getting a pc assembled and it arrives to me assembled-nice-(wiring, etc)as good, they test it ok. I just don't understand when they test it and I come home with a folded pc and -the rear fan doesn't work!? -(so they're testing how), like they can't see that it's not spinning? I found it was plugged into the -system-fan-pump-and the conductor into the system fan--swapped it and everything works. (So just for the dumbass who assembled it -system-fan-pump- where water cooling is connected: ). But otherwise I can highly recommend it. As I wrote composition, nice, wiring etc. satisfied. so I recommend it: ))
As a whole, I am satisfied.

All was good and very nice professionalism + very fast delivery and Alza built my pc very fast which was very comfortable, also very safe box package for the PC which is very important, so good job i would recommend this to my friends

I first used Alza's PC build service and the experience was bad. I ordered everything in stock and the next day the information came that the components were compatible. But then nothing happened for a week, no information. So I emailed Alza - no reply. I called 2 more days later and was told that the order was finally being shipped. When I spend 25k, I really want to know what's going on with my order and why it's taking so long.
You don't have to build it yourself

Poor response and communication from Alza
Fans in the case connected to the case hub and not to the board = 100% speed and noise
Changing the order after the build, where the order with the individual components to be built disappears from your orders on the site and is replaced by an order with just the build service itself. So you will lose access to the items you ordered.

I give only 4 stars out of five, because of the fact that the customization of the PC from Alza is charged 1000Kč which I would respect, but something happened that should not happen. The service department that tests the PC assemblies that they assemble themselves had doubts about the PC, the PC was brought to me by PPL everything was ok, but after unpacking and assembling the PC my monitor didn't turn on even though everything was lit and blinking. After about two days of urgent calls to the help desk, the gentleman told me to send the PC back to Alza and that he would refund my money. Which I didn't want to do because the customer was already upset. Then I called a friend and he found the DDR4 memory unconnected. The PC was up and running immediately. I think that this mistake should not happen, even if the service is paid. Otherwise maximum satisfaction.
