For 3 years, you can count on free service in case of hardware failure and operating system problems. We will replace the malfunctioning components, try to fix the operating system, or reinstall it. We will do our best to preserve your personal data.

Guarantee of Repair within 10 Working Days

Every day you are without your computer matters to us as much as it does to you. That's why, as part of our Installation of PC Components service, we deal with repairs promptly and will deal with them no later than the 10th working day after we receive your computer. If we don't meet the deadline, we'll refund your money or replace your computer with a brand new one. The repair time is calculated from the day of receiving the goods from the customer to the day the goods are ready for dispatch.

Installation of Components and Uncompromising Level of Testing

The computer is stress-tested in Windows 10 programmes before it's shipped to the customer. We test a minimum of 12h load of the processor, graphics card, operating memory, therefore also the power supply and motherboard. We also test USB and audio outputs.
