Memory suitable for upgrading "older" laptops with processors such as. intel 8th and 9th generation. Due to the fact that older processors do not support high memory frequencies, it is better to choose memories that have lower frequencies, respectively. the lowest timing at a given frequency, which is what these are (at 2666 MHz they have a latency of CL15).
As a result, you get a cheaper product and a faster system than a notebook with paper-fast memory that it can't fully use.

I bought this 32GB RAM kit to replace the 16GB kit in my Lenovo Legion Y740 gaming laptop. The installation was a bit complicated but that was because of how the RAM is placed in this laptop. Anyway, after switching on the system, RAM worked fine without any further settings. I also did a long and comprehensive RAM test in Lenovo Vantage application and everything went fine. So I can recommend it for anyone who doesn't have a DDR5 laptop yet.
