The latest version of XDV (1.9.58) contains a bug that causes the app to crash on some mobile devices when trying to connect to the camera. I found two solutions to this problem:
1) First, in Android settings, enable the installation of apps from unknown sources. Then download and install an older version of XDV (1.9.53) and then disable automatic updates in Google Play to avoid being overwritten by the new, crashing version. All updates to other apps then need to be confirmed in Google Play from time to time. You need to confirm updates individually and skip the XDV update. Otherwise, you will need to uninstall the XDV application and reinstall the older version from the file. apk.
2) I found that the camera is also compatible with Dawnwin Technology's GoAction app. There are some incompatibilities - e.g. you can't set the photo resolution to 16 Mpix - but again, the data transfer was significantly faster than in the official XDV app, according to my testing. Unfortunately, the app is only for older versions of Android (I installed it from Google Play on Andr. 7, but she didn't go to Andr. 12). This can be solved again by installing z. apk file, as in the previous case. The app was fully functional and stable on my Android 12. It just can't ask for permissions, so you need to go into Android settings, Apps, find the GoAction app and manually give it permissions, especially for saving files. You can then download videos and photos to your phone.

The latest version of XDV crashes when trying to connect to the camera (can be solved, see below)
The camera itself has no mounting option. It is therefore necessary to keep it always sealed in a waterproof housing and this excludes the possibility of operating the camera on a powerbank.

Good cinematography until the beginning. Definitely don't expect a GoPro like most of the people who give zero ratings and realize that the GoPro has the same design and software flaws. Just read the reviews on it. It's piece by piece. You must be lucky.
Price
Accessories. It comes with some accessories, but if you're into that, you'll buy some better ones from wishe anyway and practically all you're left with is a waterproof frame and a water balloon. The possibility of stickers is also good. You can also buy these at Wish.
Stamina 2x30 min perfectly fine.
Car camera! It makes a pretty good dashcam. So far it hasn't overheated in the sun, it turns off and on depending on the power supply.
App. Thanks to the app, you can quickly download everything you need to your phone and do the so-called pre-start preparation.
Good camera to start. My first. She taught me a lot and that's another plus. Thanks to the price-performance ratio, you can get her and she will make you learn for it.
As with all cameras, lighting conditions are very important. Even my older Sony xz 1compact smartphone shoots better. This is better used only for static shots or in water where you can't take the phone.
Processing. Expect a claim. My first one had a problem starting after a short time and after a complaint I got a new one with a working but sunken button. I'll hold out and claim it at the end of the warranty.
